When will I receive my order? 
Typical UK mainland delivery time is normally between 3-5 working days from the date of your order.  Highlands of Scotland and Islands are normally a few days later than the standard delivery times.  Deliveries to Europe should be within 5-6 working days and worldwide deliveries within 7 working days.

All UK mainland orders above £50 will be delivered free of charge (This excludes offshore islands, NI and the Highlands of Scotland).

In exceptional circumstances, these delivery times may be longer due to public holidays etc.  Delivery times can vary enormously depending on the destination country, it has been known for deliveries to take up to 21 days to some of the "rest of the world" destinations.  We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third parties.  

UK deliveries above 2KG will be delivered by using DHL/Parcelforce.
