We cannot accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the order has left our premises. We also cannot be responsible for a third party e.g. The Delivery Company, however we will do our best to resolve any problems experienced by a third party.  The cost of postage will not be refunded.

Royal Mail First Class Post is used to send all UK deliveries under 2.0kg in weight.  Royal Mail Air Mail is used to send international deliveries under 2.0kg.

All deliveries over 2.0kg in weight will be sent by DHL\Parcelforce Worldwide Standard Service. (Max weight 30kg including packaging).  Delivery will be to the address stated on the order form, please make sure that this information is accurate and includes the country and zip or postal codes.

If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can print a copy of your order and mail it to us with a cheque drawn in sterling on a UK bank or an international money order drawn in sterling. If paying by cheque there will be a delay of a few days before goods are dispatched. We will send you an email to acknowledge your order. We reserve the right not to ship goods until payment has been received. Sugar Candy remains the owner of stock until payment has been received. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.
